Therefore, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for the original price of your bracelet (please understand shipping costs are not refundable). Simply return the bracelet in it's original condition and box, postmarked within 30 days. *Due to the nature of the product, please understand that engraved items are not returnable. **IMPORTANT: Please follow the steps below in "Instructions for RA#"   ORDERED WRONG SIZE: (Baby and Children's Bracelet) If you have ordered the wrong size we will restring the bracelet free (shipping not included), just notify us within the first 15 days. If you need a larger size there may be a price difference (usually $2.00 - $3.00 per 1/2 inch) depending on the type of beads used in your piece. Please follow the instructions below for obtaining an RA# BEFORE mailing your bracelet to us.   BREAKAGE: Free restringing if your bracelet breaks anytime during the first 6 months of normal wear. E-mail us with your information to obtain an RA# BEFORE returning the bracelet for restringing. (Shipping costs not included)   RESTRINGING FEES You may also have your bracelet resized as your child grows; or any jewelry piece you purchased from us. Single strand bracelet: $10.00 Double strand bracelet: $15.00 Triple or more strands: $20.00 Single strand necklace: $15.00 Please contact us before mailing your items and please let us know if you have any missing components. Follow the steps below for obtaining an RA#.   INSTRUCTIONS FOR RA# Before returning your bracelet for refund or resizing, please follow these steps: 1. E-mail us at our CONTACT US address and explain your request, include any necessary information (such as missing components, etc.). We will e-mail you with an RA# for your package plus advise you of shipping costs. 2. Please securely wrap bracelet in original box or bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipping. 3. For restringing and larger sizes there may be additional costs. (see above) We will notify you by e-mail and give you shipping costs. 4. Please include money order for shipping costs with your package (No checks accepted). Or if you need to use a credit card, please advise us in your e-mail to us!
