Availability
All items shown on our Web Site are available for purchase. However, during peak holiday periods, it may require additional time for your order to ship.
Product Photography
The Gingham Grasshopper makes every effort to ensure all images on our Web Site are as accurate as possible. Some products will appear larger in order for you to clearly see details. We also make every effort to display products in their true color. Since computer monitors are set differently, color and size may vary.

Product Variations
Items pictured on the Web Site generally represent what your product will look like upon receipt. However, since many items are special or custom order, products will vary slightly. Size and personalization will modify a product. Some of our beads are hand made (i.e. Bali silver) and therefore vary somewhat in appearance. Some components may also become unavailable on the market and we reserve the right to substitute an available component which most closely resembles the original.
Pricing
We work hard to insure all data and prices are displayed accurately on our Web Site. However, some data, including pricing may occasionally be inaccurately displayed due to system or typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they are detected and we reserve the right not to honor erroneous prices. At our discretion, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.
Babies and Children
Our jewelry contains small parts. Do not leave children unattended while wearing jewelry. If breakage occurs the small components could pose a choking hazzard. Remove jewelry before bath time, sleeping or napping, while riding in a car seat, during unsupervised playtime.

Limitation of Liability
The Gingham Grasshopper shall have no liability whatsoever beyond the remedies set forth herein, including, without limitation, loss of data, lost profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services you purchase under this agreement. In no event shall the total aggregate liability for The Gingham Grasshopper exceed the amounts paid by you for the products or services. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Legal Notices
